Michelle Roide, Herbalist/Customer Service Specialist

Almost 10 years ago Michelle began school with a focus on product formulations, pursuing her dreams of creating her own herbal remedies.  Since then, she has studied herbalism under alchemist Nadine Artemis, completed multiple programs with Native Roots Healing School, and graduated from Dandelion Herbal Center’s 10-month program. She has apprenticed with local herbalists and elders that she continuously looks up to, and is honored to be expanding her knowledge working with the community as a part of Moonrise Herb’s beautiful legacy!  Michelle is deeply grateful for how the plants have touched her life and finds her purpose in sharing plant spirit with others.

Her dear human and plant teachers have helped her re-remember the ways in which we can walk gently upon the earth in a dance of respect, reverence, and reciprocity. When not at Moonrise, Michelle can be found making herbal products of her own, catching sunsets, reading, and playing at the beach!
